JSC NAPOR, a domestic manufacturer and supplier of chemical reagents for the oil extraction industry, has joined the Oil and Gas Cluster association. A cooperation agreement was signed during the 10th TNF Industrial and Energy Forum in Tyumen on September 15, 2025.

The Oil and Gas Cluster is an association of enterprises involved in oil and gas extraction and processing, as well as research institutions, established with the support of the governments of the Tyumen Region and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (YNAO). To date, the association comprises 203 companies from 26 Russian regions, with a combined revenue exceeding 3.5 trillion rubles. One of its key objectives is to develop the industry by establishing production and technological chains that facilitate the development of new technologies, followed by their production and scaling.
According to Natalia Ivanova, Director of JSC NAPOR, the company’s production activities draw on extensive Soviet-era experience in developing oilfield chemical reagents while simultaneously fostering innovation and seeking to expand cooperation with stakeholders in the oil and gas industry.

"The company’s products will benefit cluster members primarily by reducing their reliance on imports and helping to strengthen their technological sovereignty," Natalia Ivanova emphasized. Meanwhile, Alexander Vasilyev, Development Director of the Oil and Gas Cluster Association, noted at the signing ceremony that the addition of JSC NAPOR to the cluster is significant for developing a comprehensive approach to the use of chemicals within the industry.
