Purpose and scope of application
NAPOR-6302 Grade B
The NAPOR-6302-B corrosion inhibitor is designed to protect pipelines and oilfield equipment from corrosion in oil production, gathering, and transportation systems, including in environments containing hydrogen sulfide.
The reagent is applied by dosing it into oil-water emulsions and produced water. In industrial practice, the dosage concentration starts at 30 g/m³ and is adjusted based on the corrosivity of the medium and the equipment operating conditions. In a standard hydrogen sulfide-containing environment, it provides a protective efficiency of at least 90% at a dosage of 30 mg/dm³.
Grade B is characterized by an elevated acid value (at least 12.0 mg KOH/g) and an active ingredient content of at least 25% by mass; these factors are taken into account when determining the dosage regimen and assessing compatibility with the process medium.
The product's anti-corrosion effectiveness has been confirmed by industrial application results and reports from specialized institutes. NAPOR-6302 has been used at facilities belonging to PJSC Tatneft, Komineft, Bashneft, Udmurtneft, Yuganskneftegaz, PO Belorusneft, and other companies.
NAPOR-6302-B does not adversely affect the oil refining process or the quality of commercial crude oil. It is soluble in organic solvents and dispersible in water.
It is manufactured in accordance with Technical Specifications (TU) 20.59.59-002-12966038-2019 (Amendments No. 1–2).
