Purpose and scope of application
NAPOR-6302 Grade A
NAPOR-6302-A corrosion inhibitor is designed to protect pipelines and oilfield equipment from corrosion in oil production and transportation systems, including environments containing hydrogen sulfide.
It is applied by dosing into oil-water emulsions and produced water. The recommended dosage starts at 30 g/m³, depending on operating conditions and the composition of the medium. In a standard hydrogen sulfide-containing environment, it provides a protective efficiency of at least 90% at a dosage of 30 mg/dm³.
Its anti-corrosion effectiveness has been confirmed by industrial application results and assessments from specialized institutes. The product has been used at facilities operated by PJSC Tatneft, Komineft, Bashneft, Udmurtneft, Yuganskneftegaz, and other companies.
NAPOR-6302-A does not adversely affect the oil refining process or the quality of commercial crude oil. According to toxicological studies, it is classified as a Hazard Class 4 substance (low-hazard substance).
It is manufactured in accordance with Technical Specifications (TU) 20.59.59-002-12966038-2019 (Amendments No. 1–2).
